What are your service areas?

We serve much of the Midlands of South Carolina with a focus on a 35 mile radius of Lexington/Columbia area. However, we are available throughout North & South Carolina, and even northeastern Georgia for inspections.

How much do your services cost?

Our pricing is based on the type of service, parts required, and the scope of the job. We provide transparent, upfront pricing through a written estimate before any work begins, so there are no surprises. We try to offer flat fees when possible but some work will required hourly labor rates. Reach out to us to discuss specifics for your project.

How do I get in contact with you?

If you’d like to get scheduled in with us, please fill out our request form. Once we’ve received the details of what you’re looking for, we’ll reach out with a quote to discuss availability for booking the job. You can also call us at 803-403-4300. During the work day, while our technician is busy repairing or inspecting, we use a powerful AI receptionist who can answer questions, take messages, and even get you booked for service.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Besides accepting cash and personal checks, we can accept major credit cards, Venmo and bank transfers.

Do you do warranty work?

Accepted Answer

We do work with most extended warranty companies and can perform work for manufacturers with only a few exceptions. Currently we do not accept manufacturer warranties for Jayco or Keystone RV. Remember that most warranties may have a deductible and may not cover the mobile service or distance fees.

What work guaranties do you offer?

Accepted Answer

When we work with you, any parts that we bring and install are covered from failure through the manufacturer for one year. Some appliances, such as air conditioners may have longer warranty periods. We guaranty our work for 90 days, unless we specify something different on the invoice. We offer to return to the job site within three days to make minor adjustments if needed.
